Teamsters Local 631 (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates this Hiring Hall Website (“Website”) to provide registered users with information about dispatch opportunities in the Las Vegas Tradeshow and Convention Industry and to enable users to accept such dispatches. By using the Website, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Program Description
The Website facilitates communication between Teamsters Local 631 and registered users to coordinate employment opportunities. Participating employers in the Las Vegas Tradeshow and Convention Industry may also use the Website to provide scheduling, reporting, and other job-related information.
3. Participating Employers:
Employers include, but are not limited to: Freeman, Shepard, WillWork, Nth Degree, Momentum, and other employers listed on the Website.
4. Opt-in
You opt into the Service by:
- Logging into the Website, AND
- Navigating to the “Contact Information” tab and providing your phone number, AND
- Setting your “Dispatch Preference” to receive notifications via text message, email, or voicemail.
5. Opt-Out
You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by:
- Changing your “Dispatch Preference” in the “Notifications” tab to email or voicemail, OR
- Removing yourself from the “Available for Work” list, OR
- Replying STOP to any text message.
6. Message Types and Frequency
By opting in, you agree to receive:
- Up to 10 daily job dispatch-related text messages from Teamsters Local 631.
- Approximately 1 community update message per month.
- Daily assignment messages from participating employers when you accept a job.

8. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to and from your device. Contact your wireless provider for details about your plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

- Participating employers for dispatch-related purposes. Social security numbers are limited to the last four digits.
- Legal authorities when required by law (e.g., subpoenas).
Exclusion: Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties. We do not sell or share your data for marketing purposes.
5. Opt-Out and Communication Preferences
You may:
- Change your notification preferences in the “Dispatch” tab of the Website.
- Opt out of text messages by replying STOP or adjusting your settings.
6. Data Retention
We retain your information as long as necessary to fulfill the Website’s purpose and comply with legal obligations. Data will be securely deleted or anonymized when no longer needed.
